Basic & Advanced Tactical Rappelling:
This course is a very intensive 4 day of training combining both the basic and adavanced tactical courses. Available to law enforcement special operations personnel only.
MRSC: Will provide all rappelling equipment used in order to complete the class and handouts. Students may bring their personal or team equipment but it may only be used after the instructor has inspected and approved its use for class.
Certification: MRSC will provide a certificate of completion.
Class Hours: Tuesday - Friday 8AM-6PM (approximately 40 hour class dependent on class size)
Lodging: Free at Signal Mountain, TN. site.
Instructor: The class instructor is Dana “Scooter” Sandefur. He is a veteran commisioned police off in TN. Scooter also has S.W.A.T. certifications I, II, III, Tactical Rappel Master Instructor, Dive Master/Under Water Investigator, CONTOMS Tactical EMT-T, TN. certified firefighter and a certified EMT-IV in TN. to name just a few of his expertise. He has received numerous awards and accommodations throughout his career for his work in the military, emergency services and law enforcement. He has been training police and fire personnel throughout his career.
